Stallone tweets Willis is 'greedy and lazy' as Harrison Ford tapped for 'Expendables 3'

On Tuesday, Sylvester Stallone tweeted his glee at new casting for "Expendables 3," but he also dissed the actor being replaced, at the same time.

Stallone's tweet said:
WILLIS OUT... HARRISON FORD IN !!!! GREAT NEWS !!!!! Been waiting years for this!!!!
A few minutes, though, Stallone let everyone know "more" about how he felt about the move:
Yes, those caps are as per Stallone's tweet. And yes, it appears he is talking about Bruce Willis.

Stallone's representatives have since confirmed that the tweet was made in reference to Willis, 58, but did not any comment further.

Willis had appeared in the first two installments of the series as Church, the CIA agent who gave the team their assignments.

Ford's representative also confirmed the 71-year-old actor's inclusion in the film, but made it clear that he would play a separate character and not Church.

“The Expendables” series is meant to be a send-up of 1980s and 1990s action films. The first entry was released in 2010, while the second was released in August of 2012. It stars or has starred a number of aging action stars like Stallone, Willis, Dolph Lundgren, Arnold Schwarzenegger and Jean-Claude Van Damme.

"Expendables 2" raked in $300 million worldwide.

Filming for "Expendables 3" is set to begin later this month for a Nov. 15, 2014 release. Jackie Chan, Wesley Snipes and Milla Jovovich are expected to join the cast while Lethal Weapon star Mel Gibson has also been rumored to be up for a role.
