It's official: Selma Blair axed from 'Anger Management' after criticizing Charlie Sheen

As was rumored, it's been done. Selma Blair has been axed from the cast of "Anger Management," it was announced on Tuesday.

In a statement, a rep for Lionsgate, which produces the show, said:
We are confirming that Selma Blair will not be returning to Anger Management and we wish her the very best.
The news broke earlier this week. Blair, who had played Sheen's FWB on the show, had complained to the show's executives that Sheen was often late and unprepared.

If you think that sounds like the complaints that some made when Sheen was on the CBS show "Two and a Half Men," you'd be right.

However, once Sheen got wind of the statements that Blair made, he demanded she be fired. He said that if she was not giving her walking papers, he'd walk himself. Apparently, unlike CBS, FX took him seriously and gave him what he wanted.

It's rumored that Sheen wants the show to sign Mila Kunis to a 10 episodes arc at a salary of $1 million per episode. There's no word yet on whether or not that will happen. Ironically, Kunis is the girlfriend of Ashton Kutcher, who replaced Sheen on "Two and a Half Men" after Sheen clashed with CBS and show producer Chuck Lorre.

You can't win them all, apparently, but Sheen appears to have won this one.
