Arizona Powerball winner caught on video, discovering his win

Who won the record Powerball lottery jackpot? Ar least one of the ticket holders appears to have been caught on surveillance video at a Maryland gas station. The others, Cindy and Mark Hill, are from Missouri.

In the video, spotlighted on "Good Morning America" on Friday, an unknown man is seen checking his ticket at a Maryland gas station. He apparently lives in Maryland, but for some reason bought his ticket in Arizona.

It was known the two winning tickets were bought in Missouri and Arizona. The winners will split the $587.5 million prize. While the Missouri winners are known, the Arizona man -- or rather, the Maryland man who bought the ticket in Arizona -- is still unnamed.

The man's reaction was caught by surveillance cameras at the store (embedded). Still unsure, the man gave the tickets to store manager Nagassi Ghebre, who says the six Powerball numbers were on the ticket, which the apparent winner said he bought in Arizona.

Station employee Freddie Lopez said, "And then he said, 'I got to get out of here.'"

The uncertainty came from the fact that the man purchased the ticket in Arizona. According to the report, tickets sold in one state cannot be read and verified in the ticket machines of other states.

Lindsay Lohan's latest diet includes two liters of vodka daily

It seems Lindsay Lohan is back to her drinking ways, according to a new report on Friday. Source claim that she has been drinking heavily for months, and is consuming as much as two liters of vodka a day.

For those conversion-limited, two liters is more than two quarts.

The troubled actress has apparently turned to alcohol because she is so stressed by her impending probation violation, as well as her financial problems. LiLo's past substance abuse problems are well-known, and she even has a DUI conviction on her record.

According to the sources, LiLo sometimes begins drinking as soon as she gets up in the morning, and continues drinking throughout the day. On Wednesday, prior to her Wednesday night / early Thursday morning New York City brawl, Lohan reportedly drank all day and arrived at the Justin Bieber concert slammed.

She continued to drink throughout the evening, and that was at least part of the issue on Wednesday night. LiLo's friends have given up trying to halt her drinking problem, because when she is drunk, she gets violent, which could explain her reaction to Tiffany Mitchell and her friend.

The renewed drinking problem makes sense for another reason. Recall that her dad Michael Lohan tried to run an intervention recently.

Lohan Victim claims racial slur by Lohan at heart of New York City assault

More details are emerging in the case of Lindsay Lohan's New York City assault case. As reported earlier, Lohan was arrested early Thursday morning after allegedly striking another woman at Club Avenue, in Manhattan's Chelsea district.

The victim, it turns out, was a well-known psychic, Tiffany Mitchell. She was at the club with a friend on Wednesday night when Lohan entered.

According to Mitchell, she had earlier had a premonition about Lohan and approached her inside the club to offer her a free reading. Lohan turned it down, saying, "Give me my space" (that comment had been reported earlier).

At that point, Mitchell walked away, but her friend heard Lohan call Mitchell a "f*cking Gypsy." That started the incident.

However, it was Mitchell's friend, not Mitchell herself. She hurled a bunch of insults right back at LiLo, including telling her "Liz and Dick sucked" (an opinion most critics agree with, mind you) as well as calling her a "whore."

Apaprently, Lohan exploded and slugged Mitchell -- strange since it was reportedly the friend hurling the invectives at LiLo. Eventually, Lohan was arrested for misdemeanor third-degree assault.

It seems that Mitchell's premonition about Lohan didn't involve LiLo slugging her, or she might have avoided the confrontation.

Tiffany's husband said, "We are not Gypsies. That has nothing to do with our religion ... it was a racist comment. Just because your career went down the drain and your new movie sucks, you can't go around beating people up."

It appears, though, that the earlier reports that the fight was over Max from the boy band "The Wanted" were incorrect. Mitchell did speak to Max, but it was just a friendly conversation and Lohan had nothing to be jealous about.

It was just part of (another) bad day for LiLo. On Thursday, she was charged with three misdemeanor counts in California over lying to the police about her Pacific Coast Highway car crash. That should, reports said, trigger automatic revocation of her probation.

'I got your stinking car seat right here': Kelsey Grammer shows proof to paparazzi

On Thursday, Kelsey Grammer made sure that everyone knows that his latest baby seat fiasco has been "corrected."

For those who don't recall, on Wednesday it was reported that the Grammers pulled a "Britney" and drove off without their four-month-old daughter, Faith, secured in a car seat. True, there were some caveats ...

For one, Kelsey and Kayte were being met at LAX by a chauffeured SUV. The SUV, though, didn't have a car seat installed, as their reps apparently didn't tell the limo company about Faith.

Kayte did realize there was no car seat in the SUV, but she got in the car with Faith anyway, seatbelted herself (at least she did obeyed that law), and with Faith cradled against her chest, the SUV left.

When "cornered" by a TMZ staffer on Thursday, Kelsey Grammer explained the hidden part of the story: the SUV carrying Kayte and Faith returned to pick him up, and he had a car seat waiting.

He also had a car seat on Thursday, too, and he made sure everyone saw the car seat. Everyone, we assume, includes not just the paparazzi, but an ex-wife (Camille) who had ripped him for being "irresponsible" when the SUV drove off without Faith in a car seat.

This is the second recent baby seat "incident" for the Grammers. Earlier, Faith was seen at a Playboy Mansion party, with an unknown "hot chick" watching over her. The woman appeared to be drinking, and Grammer took flak over that, too.

Lindsay Lohan charged with three misdemeanors in PCH case

When it rains, it pours, but when it comes to Lindsay Lohan, it becomes a torrential monsoon. On Thursday, the same day that LiLo was arrested in New York City for misdemeanor assault, the expected charges of "lying to the police" with regard to her Pacific Coast Highway accident from earlier this year were filed.

Lohan was charged with obstructing an investigation, giving false information to an officer and reckless driving. These charges, all misdemeanors, still will trigger an automatic revocation of her 2011 probation in connection with a conviction for shoplifting from a Venice jewelry store.

Lohan has been sent to jail several times previously, but never for an extended period of time. Due to jail overcrowding, celebrities that are sent to a Los Angeles County jail are often released quickly, and Lohan was no exception.

Unless she is sent to prison, rather than jail, the same will most likely happen this time.

Most recently, Lohan has been spending time in New York City. That is where this mornings incident at a nightclub took place. The "Mean Girls" and "Liz and Dick" star was arrested at 4 a.m. and charged with third-degree misdemeanor assault. She allegedly got into a fight with another woman at Club Avenue, in Manhattan's Chelsea district.

Authorities said that Lohan struck the other woman in face with her hand. The victim did not require medical attention.

This may be another setback for Lohan's troubled career. Recently, it was rumored the actress was seeking a sitcom, in hopes of reinvigorating her career, which has fallen from the A-list with all her troubles.

Berry, Aubry and Martinez: The testy threesome settles their dispute

A truce has been announced, as of late Thursday. We don't mean in the Middle East, either. A settlement has been made in the threesome that is Halle Berry / Gabriel Aubry / Olivier Martinez.

Unlike what you might think of threesomes, this one is not a good one. Aubry and Berry had a past relationship, and a four-year-old daughter, as a result. Aubry has visitation rights, but Berry wants to move to France, where her fiance, Olivier Martinez is from.

That request was recently denied, though.

On Thanksgiving Day, Aubry and Martinez got into a brawl, with Aubry coming away far the worse in terms of damage. Martinez executed a citizen's arrest when the police arrived, but Aubry was eventually released on bail.

Then, of course, both sides got restraining orders against each other. The one against Aubry was scheduled to expire on Thursday. And here we are, now.

The threesome came to some sort of settlement. The problem is, at this point, the settlement hasn't been detailed, and if the attorneys have anything to say to about it, we will never learn anything.

Lawyers Blair Berk, who represents Berry, and Shawn Holley, who reps Aubry, showed up in family court on Thursday. So did Aubry, wearing sunglasses to hide his bruised face. Berry and Martinez were no-shows.

According to sources, much of the deal was hammered out on Wednesday. Since neither Berry nor Martinez were present, it's unlikely that an extension of the restraining orders -- in either direction -- was part of the settlement, since key witnesses were absent.

The settlement was announced by Berry's attorney Blair Berk, who walked into the hallway outside of the courtroom and held up a piece of paper with a handwritten message: "The parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter."

So a settlement was reached. We won't know the details until -- as inevitably happens -- it leaks.

First TV spot for 'Texas Chainsaw 3D' comes online

The first TV spot for Lionsgate's upcoming gore-fest, "Texas Chainsaw 3D," has come online.

Starring Bill Moseley, Alexandra Daddario, Tania Raymonde, Sue Rock, Scott Eastwood, Gunnar Hansen, Trey Songz, Keram Malicki-Sanchez, Shaun Sipos, Thom Barry, Paul Rae and Richard Riehle, the film is written by Adam Marcus, Debra Sullivan, and Stephen Susco and directed by John Luessenhop.

It's missing the word massacre from the title, but honestly, do you think the film will be anything but a bloody massacre of characters (all but Leatherface, of course).

Wikipedia describes the sequel as follows:
Picking up where the 1974 original film ends, the citizens of Newt, Texas decide to burn down the farm house of the Sawyer family for their role in aiding Jeb Sawywer, also know as Leatherface, in countless murders. The entire family is presumed dead with the exception of an infant, Heather, who is placed with an adoptive family.

Twenty years later, Heather learns of her adoption when a lawyer informs her that her long lost grandmother has left her an inheritance. Heather and her friends travel through Texas to pick up her inheritance, which, unknown to her, includes her cousin Leatherface.
This is just the latest entry in the "Texas Chainsaw Massacre" franchise. "Texas Chainsaw 3D" is the seventh movie, with the last entry, "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning" released in 2006. That film was directed by Jonathan Liebesman and written by Sheldon Turner, with Tobe Hooper as one of the producers.

Tobe Hooper co-wrote, directed, and produced the original 1974 film. Hooper isn't associated with the new film.

"Texas Chainsaw 3D" will be released on Jan. 4, 2013.

Final 'Djanjo Unchained' theatrical trailer is heavy on action

The second and final theatrical trailer for the upcoming Quentin Tarentino film, "Django Unchained" was released on Wednesday.

"Django Unchained" is an upcoming western film written and directed by Quentin Tarantino. The film stars Jamie Foxx, Christoph Waltz, Leonardo DiCaprio, Kerry Washington and Samuel L. Jackson.

The plot, according to Wikipedia, is as follows:
Django (Jamie Foxx) is a slave living in the Deep South after having been separated from his wife Broomhilda (Kerry Washington). When Django is held for a slave auction, Dr. King Schultz (Christoph Waltz), a German bounty hunter who uses his former profession as a dentist as a cover, frees Django from his vicious masters, the Speck brothers (James Remar and James Russo).

He then gives Django an option: hunt down and kill the Brittle Brothers, a ruthless gang of killers whom only Django has seen, and in return, Schultz will free Django from slavery -- completely -- and help rescue Broomhilda from the plantation of the charming, but brutal Calvin Candie (Leonardo DiCaprio).
This new trailer really focuses on the action sequences of the film. It definitely gives viewers an idea of the breadth and scope of the new movie.

"Django Unchained" hits theaters on Dec. 25, which means it will be competing against the epic musical "Les Miserables."

Trace Adkins seen on NBC Christmas special with Confederate flag, should have sung 'White Christmas'

We're very surprised that Trace Adkins didn't sing "White Christmas." Appearing on NBC’s nationally-televised Christmas tree-lighting special, Adkins was shown sporting a tiny Confederate flag.

During his performance of “Chestnuts Roasting On An Open Fire” (video embedded), close-ups of the country singer clearly showed that his earpiece was covered with the flag of the Confederacy. Many consider the flag to be a symbol of racism, but in the South, it is still shown at sporting events, at Southern universities, and on public buildings.

The incident comes about three weeks after U.S. President Barack Obama won re-election. Following that win, the White House "We the People" website, where people can post petitions that -- if they reach a certain number of signatures -- will receive an official response, saw petitions begun which sought to see states allowed to secede.

The petitions came from all 50 states, but of course, there's no way to be sure they weren't started by a member of each state. It is doubtful that Blue states like California or New York truly want to secede. In fact, it's more likely states like that wouldn't mind seeing the Red states secede.

The petitions were, of course, done without much thought. For one, statistically Blue states get less out of each tax dollar than they put in. Meanwhile, states like Mississippi take far more out than they put in.

In addition, if a state seceded, it would lose any federal facilities. Think of NASA leaving Texas for the sunny skies of California, for example.

IMDB says that Trace Adkins a lifetime member of the Louisiana Division of the Sons of Confederate Veterans.

LiLo arrested for misdemeanor assault after NYC club fight

Questions about whether or not Lindsay Lohan's probation will be revoked seem moot this morning. Early Thursday morning, the troubled actress was in trouble again: she was arrested for assault after a fight in a New York City nightclub.

Perhaps typecasting herself in real-life, the "Mean Girls" star was arrested at 4 a.m. and charged with third-degree misdemeanor assault. She allegedly got into a fight with another woman at Club Avenue, in Manhattan's Chelsea district. Authorities said that Lohan struck the other woman in face with her hand. The victim did not require medical attention.

According to law enforcement sources, Lohan and the woman were sitting in separate booths, but near each other. At one point, Lohan told the woman something akin to "Give me my space." For some reason, some time later, Lohan allegedly punched the woman in the left side of her face.

By the time the police arrived, LiLo had already left the club and was a passenger in a car that was leaving the area. However, police stopped the car and made an arrest.

Lohan again showed off her belief that her celebrity status gives her immunity. While in cuffs, she kept repeating, "Are you kidding me? Are you kidding me?"

Lohan left a police precinct about four hours after her arrest, with a black jacket pulled over her head to "hide" her identity. She was a green mini skirt and high-heels along with leggings, and was driven away in a black SUV with a driver and another man who had earlier been seen entering and exiting the precinct. Video of her exit can be seen, embedded.

There may have been no medical attention for the unnamed victim, but what will require attention, this morning, is Lohan's PR. LiLo was recently hammered for her "performance" in Lifetime's "Liz and Dick," but also faces the possibility that her probation in her jewelry theft case will be revoked, over lying to the police after her PCH crash.

Back again: Justin and Selena sitting at a restaurant, k-i-s-s-i-n-g

Justin and Selena sitting in a tree, k-i-s-s-i-n-g. Or at least, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez sitting at New York City's Dream Hotel together at 1 a.m. Wednesday morning, sharing a (late) romantic dinner at a table for two at Marble Lane, k-i-s-s-i-n-g.

The couple met up after Senena attended the UNICEF Snowflake Ball. Thus, despite breaking up, then having a disastrous reunion date, the couple seems back in love.

One source said:
It was just the two of them, sitting together. At first they were quietly talking and then they started kissing.
A second witness added:
They were flirting and looked so happy together. When it came time to leave, Justin held her hand and looked very protective of her. It was sweet.
As to whether the off-again / on-again couple stays on, it depends upon whether or not Justin stays on the straight and narrow. Selena has reportedly given him some strict ground rules.

Apparently, as many young men do, Bieber has a wandering eye. Gomez gave him the heave-ho over it, but obviously wants him back, with caveats. A source said:
She was very specific and told him that if he messes up, it will be over! Selena said if they got back together, he’d have to play by her rules. He said yes!
What do those ground rules entail? First, no more Victoria's Secret models in his hotel room. Second, the couple has a new two week rule. They must spend time with each other and not let two weeks pass without seeing each other.

They've broken up before, apparently, but this is the first time it was really publicized. Now it remains to be seen if they can stay together.

Jessica Simpson is expecting again -- expecting another Weight Watchers contract

It's been about seven months since the birth of her baby Maxwell, and it looks like Jessica Simpson -- and her fiance Eric Johnson -- are expecting again. That's right, the couple still isn't married, and we'll see if the new baby puts a crimp on their latest wedding plans.

On Wednesday, the news came: a source has told Us Weekly that "It (the pregnancy) definitely wasn't planned. But yes, Jessica is pregnant again." Simpson and Johnson haven't publicized the pregnancy, as the 32-year-old "Fashion Star" judge has reportedly told only a few loved ones.

If it wasn't planned, we have this to say to Simpson and Johnson: condoms. Or the pill. Or something. Or perhaps, since we believe they are both Christians, it's a Quiverfull movement thing.

Simpson, however, only recently celebrated her 70-pound post-baby weight loss. Of course, she made a ton of money from that weight loss: she dropped the extra weight by using Weight Watchers, along with a personal trainer.

There could be another payday coming, but there is also probably going to be some angst as Simpson's body expands again. The full story, in the paper version of Us Weekly, hits newsstands on Friday. Look for the picture of Jessica Simpson on the cover.

Star Wars universe to expand with character-based films: Report

Last week, it was reporters that writers Lawrence Kasdan ("Star Wars, Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back" and "Star Wars, Episode VI: Return of the Jedi") and Simon Kinberg ("X-Men: Days of Future Past") were being brought in to scribe "Star Wars" films that will follow Michael Arndt's "Star Wars: Episode VII." Now, it seems, they may have been brought in to write adjunct films, as opposed to Episodes VIII and IX.

The report, issued Wednesday, points to Disney expanding the film universe that is Star Wars. It's something that was considered as possible when word first arose that the company had acquired LucasFilm and the rights to the Star Wars franchise.

It's been known for some time that Michael Arndt would script Episode VII, but the other two films in the sequel trilogy still have unknown writers.

However, Disney is said to be planning an expansion of the Star Wars universe in the same way it successfully brought the Avengers and the subordinate characters. The plan would be to possibly expand the universe with separate films about individual characters in the universe.

Think Captain America in the Marvel universe, and perhaps Han and Chewie in the Star Wars universe -- and much more, of course. It would naturally, be hard to see a set of movies using an aging Harrison Ford or an aging Mark Hamill.

It is still unclear if the third set of Star Wars movies will include the original actors (Mark Hamill, Harrison Ford, Carrie Fisher) or not.

In addition, Disney CEO Robert Iger has said Disney plans to release a new film every 2-3 years and "some could easily focus on other pieces of the expansive mythos (similar to Marvel’s Avengers universe)," but none of those involved with the project or projects have confirmed any of this.

"Star Wars: Episode VII" is planned for a 2015 release.

Moving on: Shia LaBeouf dating 'Nymphomaniac' co-star Mia Goth: Report

As was -- at least partially -- expected, Shia LaBeouf and girlfriend Karolyn Pho are now an ex-couple. Shia LaBeouf, 26, and Karolyn Pho, 23, had been together for about two years, but reports were she went ballistic when he joined the film "Nymphomaniac."

Reports of the split wasn't confirmed until Monday, although it apparently took place some time ago.

Why would a film do that to a couple? Take a look at the title. With that in mind, there is also the fact that the sex in the film is supposed to be real, not simulated. However, it's unclear if the film was the only reason for the breakup, as the couple had a volatile relationship and a source said it "came to a head just before he began filming Nymphomaniac."

Meanwhile, LaBeouf may have already moved on. Reports are that he may -- or may not -- be dating a "Nymphomaniac" co-star, 19-year-old actress-model Mia Goth. The same source said, "They've kept their relationship under wraps, but they pretty much started dating after he broke off things with Karolyn a few months ago.

"He got to know Mia on set and quickly became enamored of her. They have similar interests, they love alternative music, thrift stores and she is edgy and funny, which Shia loves."

Images of the couple imbibing coffee together have emerged, but none -- so far -- showing any romantic scenes between the two, at least none off-set. At this point, the "coupling" is just rumor, but the so was the Ashton Kutcher - Mila Kunis pairing, and that turned out to be true.

LaBeouf earlier said that the scripts all carried a disclaimer on them saying that the sex in the film was real. He said was willing and prepared to perform full-frontal nudity for the movie, which is being directed and written by Lars von Trier.

Charlotte Gainsbourg will star in the film as Joe, who is a self-diagnosed nymphomaniac. Stellan Skarsgard will play Seligman, who finds her beaten, lying in an alley. Seligman takes her home to care for her, and Joe recounts the story of her life, from birth to the age of 50.

Gabriel Aubry unlikely to face charges: Authorities

Gabriel Aubry will most likely not face criminal charges over his Thanksgiving Day fight with Halle Berry's fiance, Olivier Martinez. When authorities arrived on the day of the incident, Martinez made a citizen's arrest against Gabriel and he was booked for battery.

However, police sources have said that they will not make a recommendation as to whether or not Aubry should be prosecuted.

The reason is because authorities believe that the brawl between Halle Berry's ex-beau and Halle Berry current beau was "mutual combat." With that

Law enforcement sources connected to the case tell us ... the consensus is that the fight was "mutual combat." As such, we're told it's "highly unlikely" charges will be filed.

That's a good thing on several levels. For one thing, Aubry had been concerned he could be deported if charges were filed. He is in the U.S. on a work visa.

In addition, there are mutual restraining orders from both sides (one against Olivier Martinez regarding contact with Aubry, but also one against Aubry regarding contact with Martinez, Berry, or Nahla, his 4-year-old daughter with Berry).

The one against Aubry expires on Thursday. However, it was reported earlier that Berry and her lawyers would seek to get the order extended.

Charlie Sheen says Angus T. Jones 'emotional tsunami' due to producer Chuck Lorre's oppression

Charlie Sheen clearly feels that his former co-star on "Two and a Half Men," Angus T. Jones, has gone off the deep end -- witness his comments about Jones' video rant in which Sheen said it was a "Hale-Bopp" moment. However, when it comes to the blame behind Jones going off the rails, it's not his fault; it's producer Chuck Lorre's.

Sheen said,
Obviously, not having been there for some time, the Angus T. Jones that I knew and still love is not the same guy I saw on YouTube yesterday. I dare anyone to spend ten years in the laugh-track that is Chuck Lorre's hive of oppression and not suffer some form of an emotional tsunami.
Sheen, of course, has his own history with Lorre.

Not only did Sheen have what some called a public meltdown in 2011, he also lashed out at "Two and a Half Men" creator Lorre in the press, as well as CBS. He was eventually fired from the show, with Ashton Kutcher replacing him in a move that doesn't seem to have affected ratings.

Jones has already backpedaled swiftly, apologizing for his remarks. That being said, viewers might wonder at a two-episode absence for his character, Jake Harper. Sources have said that Jones’ character will not appear in the next two episodes being filmed, both of which are scheduled to be aired next year.

However, they emphasized that his absence is purely coincidental and has nothing to do with his "Two and a Half Men" rant, in which he called the show "filth."

Bad day for Gabriel Aubry: restraining order still in place, no surveillance video

It was a bad day for Gabriel Aubry on several counts today. First, Aubry went to court to get the temporary restraining order against him lifted. His request was rejected.

The emergency order of protection was levied against Aubry after he and Halle Berry's fiance, Olivier Martinez, brawled on Thanksgiving Day. Despite the fact that Aubry took far worse punishment as a result of the fight, he is currently barred from going within 100 yards of Olivier, Halle, or Nahla, his daughter with Berry.

Initially, the restraining order was supposed be valid until Dec. 3, but on Tuesday, the judge stated that there was a clerical error, and that order can only stay in place until this Thursday, Nov. 29.

It's already been reported that Berry wants the order extended.

What's interesting is that Aubry obtained his own restraining order against Martinez, on Monday. Aubry also claimed Martinez told him, on the day of the fight, "We called the cops; you're going to tell them that you're the one who attacked me, or I'm going to kill you."

It was also reported earlier that Aubry begged police to ensure that surveillance footage of his brawl -- captured on Berry's security cameras -- would not be erased. Unfortunately, there is no video of the Day showdown, but not because it was erased. Instead, it's because of Berry's 2011 stalker.

Police sources told TMZ that Berry's security cameras were repositioned last year, after a stalking incident. Berry did so after the detectives involved recommended they be moved in order to better record a possible intruder.

Since then, the cameras have faced her fences, and thus could not have captured the front door area of the home where the fight between Aubry and Martinez reportedly took place.

Aubry's claim that Berry could have erased the video is being discounted by the authorities. They do not believe that the security video was altered in way, but that the cameras simply missed the shot.

Angus T. Jones recants 'Two and a Half Men' rant

Despite saying that "Two and a Half Men" is filth, and that people should stop watching it, Angus T. Jones apparently loves his job enough to recant -- and quickly. One day after the video with his statements reached the Internet, he quickly reversed course.

In a statement released Tuesday, Jones praised the executives behind "Two and a Half Men," saying, in part, that "Chuck Lorre, Peter Roth and many others at Warner Bros. and CBS are responsible for what has been one of the most significant experiences in my life to date. I thank them for the opportunity they have given and continue to give me and the help and guidance I have and expect to continue to receive from them."

He didn't mention that he also thanked them for the over $300,000 an episode he gets, according to recent reports. He did continue though, saying: "I apologize if my remarks reflect me showing indifference to and disrespect of my colleagues and a lack of appreciation of the extraordinary opportunity of which I have been blessed. I never intended that."

Jones' full statement was:
I have been the subject of much discussion, speculation and commentary over the past 24 hours.

While I cannot address everything that has been said or right every misstatement or misunderstanding, there is one thing I want to make clear. Without qualification, I am grateful to and have the highest regard and respect for all of the wonderful people on Two and Half Men with whom I have worked and over the past ten years who have become an extension of my family.

Chuck Lorre, Peter Roth and many others at Warner Bros. and CBS are responsible for what has been one of the most significant experiences in my life to date. I thank them for the opportunity they have given and continue to give me and the help and guidance I have and expect to continue to receive from them.

I also want all of the crew and cast on our show to know how much I personally care for them and appreciate their support, guidance and love over the years. I grew up around them and know that the time they spent with me was in many instances more than with their own families. I learned life lessons from so many of them and will never forget how much positive impact they have had on my life.

I apologize if my remarks reflect me showing indifference to and disrespect of my colleagues and a lack of appreciation of the extraordinary opportunity of which I have been blessed. I never intended that.
It's an quick change of direction for Jones, and it came on a day with multiple stories revolving around his statements.

First, Charlie Sheen, former "Two and a Half Men" star who had his own turn on the controversy stage, said: "With Angus's Hale-Bopp-like meltdown, it is radically clear to me that the show is cursed." Some of that curse, we assume, can be attributed to Sheen, himself.

The Hale-Bopp comment, though, is a somewhat veiled reference to the Heaven's Gate religious cult which committed mass suicide in 1997, because the group believed that was the only way they could gain access to an alien ship that they believed was following the comet Hale-Bopp.

Although Wikipedia says that Jones is a Seventh-day Adventist, the church had some quick 'splainin' to do Tuesday. Although it confirmed that Angus decided to become a member of its Los Angeles congregation back in June, the church wanted to emphasize that it was not in any way associated with the actor's anti-"Two and a Half Men" video rant.

The church's statement said: "These comments were of a personal nature, reflecting his views after having undergone changes during his spiritual journey."

Those changes, the church said, have to do with Christopher Hudson, who has previously believes that Jay-Z's "Blueprint" albums reveal a Satanic plot and are "markers of his progression as a Freemason;" that Beyonce is leading people away from Christ and toward accepting "all men of homosexual practices;" that Obama's healthcare plan is a "carbon copy" of the healthcare policies of Hitler; and that a gas crisis could lead to cannibalism.

[Note: if Obamacare is a carbon copy of Hitler's health care policies, then so would be Romneycare. In either case, we say, huh?]

The Seventh-day Adventist Church added: "We are unable to offer information because Forerunner Chronicles is not a ministry operated by the Seventh-day Adventist Church and its host is not a pastor of the Seventh-day Adventist Church."

Finally, Chuck Lorre, creator and executive producer took to using a vanity card to address the Jones issue. You might recall he often used them during his battles with Sheen. Vanity cards are cards used at the end of a show. At the end of another show of his, "Mike and Molly," Lorre showed the following text on a vanity card:
I’ve been told that if you change your mind, you change the world – or at least the way you experience it. Let’s take a moment to examine that. The presumption is, if you thought the world was a hostile, ugly place filled with awful people doing awful things, that is what you’d see. Your mind would naturally seek out confirmation for its preconceived ideas (e.g., if you’re intent on buying a red car, as you go about your day you’ll see lots of red cars).

If, however, you were able to sincerely change your mind and see that we are all God in drag, that we are the conscious aspects of a perfect universe which had to create us so we could bear witness and stand in awe before its loving magnificence, then that is the soul-shaking reality you’d be greeted with each and every moment of each and every day.

In other words, it is entirely our choice as to what kind of world we live in. With a simple decision, we can suffer in the darkness or play in the light. We can be angry, frightened and enslaved, or loving, joyous and free … I know. It’s a toughie.
With Jones' quick backpedaling, there's a good chance he will keep his cushy job. That is, of course, if he doesn't continue with controversial behavior, and follow his former co-star Charlie Sheen into the ex-"Two and a Half Men" category.

Old meets new as Patrick Stewart, Ian McKellen confirmed for 'X-Men: Days of Future Past'

Patrick Stewart teased it about two months ago, and now we've heard it from Bryan Singer, director of "X-Men: Days of Future Past," the sequel to "X-Men: First Class," too. Stewart will return for that film, reprising his iconic as Professor X.

Also appearing will be Ian McKellen, reprising his role as Magneto. In addition, Singer tweeted the cast for the "First Class" sequel.
I'd like to officially welcome back James McAvoy, Jennifer Lawrence, Michael Fassbender, & Nicholas Hoult to #XMEN for#DaysOfFuturePast.
McAvoy and Fassbender played younger versions of Professor X and Magneto in "First Class." With these youthful versions of the X-Men, how will the introduction of Stewart and McKellen work?

As we said earlier, it all falls into place perfectly when one considers the plotline for "Days of Future Past." That story was a classic X-Men comic book tale.

Those who recall that storyline will remember it spanned "The Uncanny X-Men" issues #141 and #142, published in 1981. Written by Chris Claremont, it was drawn by John Byrne and inked by Terry Austin.

In the story, we see an alternate future which has been triggered by the assassination of Senator Robert Kelly by The Brotherhood of Evil Mutants. An older Kitty Pryde transfers her mind into a younger, present-day Kitty Pryde in hopes of preventing the event, which led to all mutants being either killed or imprisoned in internment camps.

Only a few X-Men are alive: Kitty Pride, Wolverine, Storm, and Colossus. In the alternate future, all are killed, even Wolverine, despite his adamantium skeleton and rapid healing factor. He is vaporized by a Sentinel, too fast even for his healing process, with only the metal skeleton left behind.

However, Kitty Pryde's mission succeeds, and that dystopian future is gone, never to occur.

Rachel Summers, who took the name Phoenix, also traveled back in time as part of the story. Despite being from an alternate future, she stayed, and became a member of the X-Men.

We'll see how this all pans out, but if true to the original, the new film could be great. The sequel is scheduled for a release on July 18, 2014.

Un-believable? Not for the 'People's Daily.' Kim Jong-Un named the 'sexiest man alive'

Does anyone really believe that North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un is the "sexiest man alive?" Seriously, take a look at the image above.

The Chinese Communist Party newspaper "The People’s Daily," always looking for positive publicity for its BFF North Korea, certainly believed it. After all, the announcement was made on a high traffic and popular website. The problem is that the site was satirical site "The Onion."

"The People’s Daily" fell for the gag hook, line, and sinker, and featured a report on the “honor” on its website on Tuesday, adding a 55-page photo gallery tribute to Kim Jong Un, to boot.

If nothing else, the past winners list at "The Onion" should have clued "The People's Daily" into the faux nature of the honor.
With today’s announcement, Kim joins the ranks of The Onion’s prior “Sexiest Man Alive” winners, including:

2011: Bashar al-Assad
2010: Bernie Madoff
2009: Charles and David Koch (co-winners)
2008: Ted Kaczynski
2007: T. Herman Zweibel
Here's why Kim won the honor, according to Onion Style and Entertainment editor Marissa Blake-Zweibel:
He has that rare ability to somehow be completely adorable and completely macho at the same time. And that’s the quality that makes him the sort of man women want, and men want to be. He’s a real hunk with real intensity who also knows how to cut loose and let his hair down. Ri Sol-ju is one lucky lady, that’s for sure!
We are afraid to guess what "The People's Daily" thinks of "The Colbert Report."

Justin Bieber's legal team files for dismissal over 'screaming-based' fan hearing loss

Justin Bieber's legal team has fired back at a "fan" who sued him for hearing loss earlier this year. The lawsuit accused Bieber of enticing Beliebers into screaming so loud the plaintiff's hearing was affected.

A filing by Bieber's legal team was revealed on Tuesday, including a motion to dismiss the case.

The lawsuit was filed by Stacey Wilson Betts and reported in July. Betts claims that when she took her daughter to see Bieber's show in Portland, Ore. on July 14, 2010, Bieber "created a wave like effect of screaming by pointing into various sections of the arena. Then enticed the crowd into a frenzy of screams by continuously waving his arms in a quick and upward motion."

In addition, Betts said a "heart-shaped aluminum/steel gondola" which was pulled out into the crowd acted as a "sound conductor creating a sound blast that permanently damaged both of my (Betts') ears."

Betts claims to suffer from tinnitus (ringing of the ears) as a result of the concert.

You read all of that correctly. Bieber's team, though, has a different view of things. According to the court filing, there is no way Bieber could have anticipated that "pointing to a crowd" would cause a so-called "sound blast" of such decibels as to affect Betts.

According to the Bieb's lawyers, the lawsuit -- which seeks $9.23 million in damages -- also fails to allege Bieber has any responsibility in terms of stopping fans from making noise.

There's some common sense missing from Betts' filing. After all, what parent would be foolish enough to accompany their teenage daughter to a Bieber concert. At the very least, what parent would be foolish enough to do so without buying or taking earplugs, which are usually sold at concerts, by the way.

Third accuser files lawsuit against former Elmo voice, Kevin Clash

A third accuser of former Elmo voice Kevin Clash emerged on Tuesday. Clash earlier resigned from "Sesame Street" after not one, but two men accused Clash of having sex with them when they were still underage teens.

The first, Sheldon Stephens, now 24, recanted his accusations, but was said to have done so after receiving a six-figure "settlement." A second man, Cecil Singleton, eventually clarified matters and said he and Clash only dry-humped, with no actual intercourse.

Cecil Singleton has filed a lawsuit and is seeking over $5 million in damages.

The third accuser, now 28 and currently identified in his lawsuit against Clash only as "John Doe," said that he met Clash on a gay phone chat line when he was 16 and Clash was approximately 40. According to the lawsuit, Clash used alcohol to ply the man into oral sex.

The alleged victim said that he was in New York City pursuing modeling opportunities when Clash invited him to his apartment. John Doe said that Clash plied him with alcohol and "groomed him" (whatever that means); the pair then engaged in sexual contact that included "oral sex and digital penetration of John's anus."

No further sexual contact occurred until Doe became an adult, although Clash stayed in touch with him after the sexual encounter. Doe is suing for unspecified damages, and is represented by Jeff Herman, who is also Singleton's lawyer.

'Star Trek Into Darkness' synopsis revealed, may be pointing to a familiar god-like villain

On Monday, Paramount Pictures revealed the synopsis for the rebooted "Star Trek" (2009) sequel, "Star Trek Into Darkness." The summary has few -- but some -- clues into the second film in the rebirthed "Star Trek" movie series, which launches into theaters in 2013.

The synopsis is:
When the crew of the Enterprise is called back home, they find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization has detonated the fleet and everything it stands for, leaving our world in a state of crisis.

With a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one-man weapon of mass destruction.

As our heroes are propelled into an epic chess game of life and death, love will be challenged, friendships will be torn apart, and sacrifices must be made for the only family Kirk has left: his crew.
The cast, mostly returning, consists of:
  • Chris Pine as Captain James T. Kirk
  • Zachary Quinto as Spock
  • Benedict Cumberbatch as "the film's villain"
  • Karl Urban as Dr. Leonard "Bones" McCoy
  • Zoe Saldana as Nyota Uhura
  • Anton Yelchin as Pavel Chekov
  • John Cho as Hikaru Sulu
  • Simon Pegg as Montgomery "Scotty" Scott
  • Bruce Greenwood as Admiral Christopher Pike
Who, though, will be Cumberbatch's villain? That remains to be revealed. However, the description of the film could point to Gary Mitchell (shown), the ship's navigator in the second pilot for the TV series ("Where No Man Has Gone Before;" the first pilot was used in "The Menagerie").

Zapped by the Galactic Barrier, something used in later episodes of TOS, Mitchell became a near-god, with telekinetic and psionic powers. It could be a totally new villain, but Mitchell does fit the bill quite well.

It was previously announced that the first nine minutes of the film will be shown ahead of IMAX 3D showings of "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey," which hits theaters on Dec. 14.

Chris Pine (James T. Kirk) has said he will attend one of the IMAX 3D screenings of "The Hobbit," as he wants to see the nine-minute footage himself. Non-IMAX 3D screening of "The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey" will show a normal trailer for the film.

"Star Trek Into Darkness" is scheduled to be released on May 17, 2013.

Angus T. Jones of 'Two and a Half Men' calls his own show 'filth'

Actor Angus T. Jones doesn't like "Two and a Half Men." That's interesting, because he's been a co-star on the CBS sitcom since 2003.

In fact, in a video posted to YouTube on Monday,he said the show was filth.

In addition to him time on the show, Jones reportedly has had a religious reawakening. Wikipedia says he's a Seventh Day Adventist, and in an interview with the site Forerunner, Jones said the following:
Jake (Harper, Jones' character) from "Two and a Half Men" means nothing. He is a non-existent character. I'm on "Two and a Half Men," and I don't want to be on it. Please stop watching it, and filling your head with filth. People say it's just entertainment. Do some research on the effects of television and your brain, and I promise you you'll have a decision to make when it comes to television, especially with what you watch.

If I am doing any harm, I don't want to be here. I don't want to be contributing to the enemy's plan. ... You cannot be a true God-fearing person and be on a television show like that. I know I can't. I'm not OK with what I'm learning, what the Bible says and being on that television show.
The nearly 15 minute long video with the "interesting comments" is really part 2 of two parts.

Jones is 19. Wikipedia says Jones signed a contract in 2010 "guaranteeing him $7.9 million over two seasons (26 episodes), plus a $500,000 signing bonus, amounting to $300,000 per episode of Two and a Half Men, making him the highest paid child star on television, until he turned 18 in October 2011."

Back in October, E Online spoke to Jones, who expressed frustration over his character's reduced screen time this season. That being said, Jones did is still making a pretty penny on "Two and a Half Men."

According to the Hollywood Reporter, he currently earns about $350,000 per episode, and received a raise along with co-stars Jon Cryer and Ashton Kutcher when the show was renewed for a tenth season in May.

Bachelorette's Jef Holm moves on, now dating 23-year-old broadcast journalism student

Moving along, quickly, we see. The Bachelor and Bachelorette shows have a poor track record when it comes to staying power in terms of their romances and the most reason Bachelorette (Emily Maynard) and her beau (Jef Holm) were no different -- they split pretty quickly.

Don't worry about Jef, though: he's already moved on, according to a report on Monday.

Jef Holm is now dating a 23-year-old broadcast journalism student named Katianna Bear. Emily Maynard, you might recall, was a single mother, 26.

Katianna actually lives in New Orleans, where the pair apparently met. A source said, "They did meet in New Orleans. And all I can tell you at this point is Jef likes her a lot. He even flew her to Arizona to spend a couple of days with him while he was there."

Several eyewitnesses saw Katianna, Jef and Jef’s Bachelorette co-star (and close friend, despite competing for Maynard) Arie Luyendyk, Jr. partying at a local club in Arie’s hometown of Scottsdale, Ariz. Indeed, Katianna has met Jef's best friend, so that means it's fairly serious already.

Katianna even posted a photo of Jef and herself (above) on her Instagram account from a few weeks ago, so the couple has been seeing each other for nearly a month, at the very least.

An eyewitness at the night spot said, "[Jef and Katianna] were acting really cute together. It was clear they were a couple and not just friends."

Of course, she hasn't met his parents -- perhaps they need to get back from another Mormon mission. As you probably recall, Jef's folks missed his hometown date with Maynard because of a church-related trip.

Speaking of Maynard, she's already moved on as well. She is currently dating truck racer Jason White, 33, and the couple was seen at a Nov. 3 Carrie Underwood concert, very cozy with each other.

Berry ex Gabriel Aubry faces possible deportation after brawl with Olivier Martinez

It's no secret -- really, it's not -- that Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez would love to see Gabriel Aubry out of their lives and the life of Aubry's daughter with Berry, Nahla. While it was already reported that Berry and her legal team will be seeking a restraining order against Aubry, things might go more thermonuclear: he may be deported.

Reports that Berry and her lawyers would be seeking a propping up of the restraining order against Aubry -- the current emergency order of protection expires on Tuesday -- came on Sunday. On Monday, though, a new report seemed to point to issues with Aubry's immigration status: for those unaware, he's a native of Canada and is in the U.S. on a work visa.

A source close to the former model said:
Not only is Gabe dealing with the possibility of losing shared custody of his daughter, Nahla, and possible criminal charges, but the real possibility of being deported back to Canada because of the arrest. Gabe is in the United States on a work visa and anytime someone is arrested on child abuse, domestic violence, assault or battery charges the Immigration and Naturalization Services is contacted by law enforcement.

During the time Gabe was being held at the police station he was asked if he was a United States citizen, and he said no. This is what triggered INS being contacted. It's not a given that Gabe will be automatically deported, but it's a very real possibility. He doesn't need to be convicted in order to be deported, the arrest is enough to terminate his visa.
Aubry and Martinez got into a brawl on Thanksgiving Day, after he dropped off Nahla, his 4-year-old daughter with Berry. Aubry took far worse punishment than Martinez, and some have suggested that the fight was a set up, with Martinez goading Aubry into a fight. Aubry apparently feels the same way, with the source adding:
Not helping matters is the fact that Gabe does have a temper and feels that his buttons were being pushed when he dropped Nahla off. Gabe will fight any attempt to deport him back to Canada. He is hopeful that once the truth comes out he won't be charged with any crime and he won't have to deal with any threat of leaving the U.S.
The incident came shortly after Berry lost a legal battle to move permanently to Martinez's native France. Such a relocation would, of course, impact Aubry's visitation rights and was thus rejected.

Lindsay Lohan wants a sitcom based on her 'crazy life'

Lindsay Lohan's wants to be on television, a report said on Monday. It's unclear, though, if television would want her.

The troubled actress' Elizabeth Taylor biopic, "Liz and Dick," premiered on Lifetime on Sunday, and was universally panned. The San Francisco said, “It’s so terrible, you’ll need to ice your face when it’s over to ease the pain of wincing for two hours."

Entertainment Weekly's Ken Tucker said the film was a "peculiar, drab, damp little TV movie. No effort seems to have gone into Lohan's preparation other than to have her eyes tinted Liz-violet."

A source close to the situation said:
Lindsay has asked her manager and agent to look into getting her her own television sitcom. Lindsay feels that the small screen would be a great way for her to revitalize her acting career and that a comedy would be the best bet.

Lindsay feels most comfortable doing comedy and it was Charlie Sheen that told her she should do it. Charlie told Lindsay that it was an easy way to make very good money and help her to get her movie career back on track. Lindsay is loving the idea of having her own sitcom and would love to play someone in a story based on her crazy life.
Lohan's panning as Liz might not prevent a network from choosing her for their next sitcom.

The New York Times' Alessandra Stanley said the casting was sure to attract viewers. So might a sitcom. "The choice of Ms. Lohan is a gimmick that will certainly draw attention and probably viewers. But it’s not a kindness to that actress, who fails to deliver the kind of breakthrough performance that augurs a comeback."

Still, she does have some fans. Father Michael Lohan tweeted the following: "They know nothing about @lindsaylohan talent! She has more talent in her pinky then all of them together. You proved the critics wrong @LindsayLohan you are one of the best, so gifted, so amazing! Now apply it ALL! God bless you! And our family!"

Florida sheriff's department admits missing crucial evidence in Casey Anthony case

The Florida sheriff's office in charge of Caylee Anthony murder case has admitted to missing crucial evidence. As we reported earlier, a local Florida TV station uncovered critical computer evidence that was not known to the prosecutor.

According to the report, the prosecutor's office missed the computer evidence because it relied "on woefully incomplete information from the Orange County Sheriff's Office."

On Sunday, Orange County sheriff's Capt. Angelo Nieves said that the office's computer investigator missed the June 16, 2008, Internet search uncovered by WKMG-TV.

June 16, 2008, was the date of Caylee's death. WKMG-TV's report spotlighted the following Web searches:
  • At 2:49 p.m., after George Anthony said he had left for work and at the same time that Casey’s mobile phone was pinging off of a cell tower nearest to the family home, the family's desktop PC is accessed by someone using a password-protected account Casey Anthony used;
  • At 2:51 p.m., on a browser primarily used by Casey Anthony, a Google search for the term "fool-proof suffocation," misspelling the last word as "suffication";
  • Five seconds later, the user clicks on an article that criticizes pro-suicide websites that include advice on "foolproof" ways to die. "Poison yourself and then follow it up with suffocation" by placing "a plastic bag over the head," the writer quotes others as advising;
  • At 2:52 p.m., the browser records activity on MySpace, a social media website that Casey often used, but that her father George eschewed.
A computer investigator for Anthony's defense team found the searches.  Defense attorney Jose Baez told revealed the evidence in his book, "Presumed Guilty," but in the book he blamed George Anthony, Casey’s father for computer activity related to how to kill using poison or suffocation.  Baez suggested Anthony's father was considering suicide after Caylee reportedly accidentally drowned in the family swimming pool.

It will never be known, though, if the evidence would have made a difference.  Anthony can't be retried, as that would be double jeopardy.

'When the Dead Come Walking,' The Walking Dead nears its mid-season finale

What to expect in the final episode before the mid-season hiatus for the "Walking Dead" was spotlighted in the episode ending preview on Sunday night. Before that, though, it was clear from the episode, "When the Dead Come Knocking," that what was really knocking on the door was a prison - Woodbury war.

Maggie and Glenn were captured by Merle last episode, and taken back to Woodbury. During the episode, "interrogator" Merle upped the ante with Glenn, with increasing brutal techniques, all the way to releasing a zombie in the room while Glenn was still duct-taped to his chair.

Considering the death count this season on the show (and despite differing events in the comic book series), we were all thinking this was the end for Glenn. It didn't happen, though. Glenn held the walker off long enough to smash his chair against the wall. He then used a big and sharp piece of the chair to "kill" the walker.

The Governor decides to interrogate Maggie himself. That includes making her take off her top and bra and giving her the impression he would rape her. Instead, though, he takes the still topless Maggie to Glenn's cell, where he puts a gun to her head.

Glenn doesn't cave. However, when the gun is put to Glenn's head, Maggie caves quickly, giving everyone the location of the prison and the number of survivors.

Apparent, the Governor already knew about the prison, but Merle told him the prison could not be cleared of walkers, despite the fact that Woodbury has more manpower. He was surprised by the fact that a mere 10 survivors could clear the prison, and questioned Merle's loyalty, since they all know brother Daryl is alive and with Rick's group.

Merle assures him his loyalty is with Woodbury. The look on Merle's face, however, leads viewers to wonder if he might turn to support his brother.

Back at the prison, Rick takes his sweet time helping Michonne, who had shown up at the prison carrying a grocery basket full of formula and covered with enough zombie guts from the prior episode to keep the zombies around her quiescent.

Or it it? Apparently, it's beginning to wear off, and they notice her. Limping from her leg wound, she takes out a couple, but then falls and passes out. Carl and Rick save her and take her inside.

Still distrustful, Michonne eventually tells Rick about Woodbury -- and Herschel eventually sews up her leg wound while Carl stands guard ready to draw if necessary. She also tells him about Glenn and Maggie's capture, which leads to the decision to mount a rescue mission.

What she doesn't do is tell Rick and crew about Andrea, perhaps not realizing that the knowledge could change the shape of the mission.

There is also a reunion of sorts, as Daryl shows Rick a huge surprise: Carol, who Daryl had rescued at the end of the prior episode.

As the team (Rick, Michonne, Daryl, and Oscar leaves, Rick has a heart-to-heart with Carl. Carl tells Rick that Daryl has been calling Rick's new daughter (and Carl's sister) "ass kicker," but suggests a name from their past: Judith, his third grade teacher. Judith it is.

Speaking of Andrea, she's experiencing post-coital bliss, but the Governor asks her to help out in an experiment Milton is running. An old man, Mr. Coleman, who’s dying from cancer, has volunteered to let Milton run a post-transformation experiment.

Milton and the Governor apparently believe there is some part of the zombie brain that can remember its past humanity (remember the Governor's daughter) and this is a test. Andrea's role is to finish off the zombie.

However, after Mr. Coleman dies, there is no recognition of past test elements. When Milton releases his restraints, believing they are preventing the experiment from being run fairly, a reanimated zombie Coleman lunges at Milton’s neck. Only Andrea’s knife and her quick reaction keeps the zombie Coleman from killing Milton.

Rick, Daryl, Oscar, and Michonne finally arrive just outside the main gate. Andrea, meanwhile, walks by the gate herself, but inside, naturally. She is still unaware of Glenn and Maggie's presence, which would probably change her opinion of the Governor, considering the beating Glenn has taken.

This is where the episode ends, but the preview for the next episode shows that Rick's team will make a charge on the main gate. Daryl will mention his brother, showing familial loyalty is going be part of the episode.

Meanwhile we see that the Governor has decided that Glenn and Maggie must go, as there is too much chance of Andrea discovering them. We also see that Andrea can see the attackers of Woodbury, but not who they are.

Considering she knows nothing of Oscar, we have decided there is a target on him, possibly to be shot through by Andrea herself.

Next episode: "Made to Suffer."  An extended preview is available, embedded.

Charlie Sheen helps out Lindsay Lohan to the tune of $100,000

You can say a lot of things about Charlie Sheen, but never say he isn't generous. A report on Sunday says he gave -- gave, mind you -- a six-figure gift to troubled actress Lindsay Lohan, to help her with her tax bill.

The $100,000 check was meant to help cover the actress' six-figure tax bill. Why would Sheen do so? Sources close to Lohan that she and Sheen hit it off while filming "Scary Movie 5" back in September.

At one point, Lohan told Sheen about her ongoing tax problems. Reportedly, Sheen offered to write her a check right then and there, but she refused. However, last week Sheen sent a check, unannounced, to Lohan's business manager.

Although she had turned down the earlier face-to-face offer, she didn't refuse a check in front of her. Instead, she immediately put the money toward her outstanding tax bill.

According to reports, Lohan supposedly owed the feds $233,904 in unpaid taxes for 2009 and 2010, but that $100,000 check cuts the amount nearly in half. Also according to reports, Lohan -- despite her fall from the A-list -- is slated to earn more than $2 million by the end of 2012. It's unclear where those funds are going, though.

Can Halle Berry and legal team leverage the Aubry - Martinez fight and move to France?

Halle Berry is wasting no time. Reports are that in the wake of the Thanksgiving Day fight between Gabriel Aubry and Berry's fiance Olivier Martinez, one that left Aubry bruised and beaten, the actress is going to court early this week to get a restraining order issued against Gabriel Aubry.

According to the report, Berry and her lawyers are poised for the filing. While some have called the fight's timing as convenient and a set up, it's reported that Halle and her legal team are "alarmed" because Aubry allegedly started the fight with right in front of 4-year-old Nahla, Aubry's daughter with Berry.

The emergency order of protection, which requires Aubry to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Nahla and Olivier expires on Tuesday. The protection that Berry and her lawyers will be seeking is an extension of the order for an indefinite period of time.

The sources said that Berry will argue that if Aubry can't "control himself" enough to prevent inflicting emotional trauma on Nahla, then he shouldn't be around either her -- or Berry or Martinez.

The idea that Aubry was "set up" comes from -- at least somewhat -- the fact that Berry recently lost a custody bid with Aubry where she sought the court’s permission to move with Nahla, their daughter, to Martinez’ native France. That would, of course, make visitation difficult, and isn't something easy to get a court to approve.

Family pulls Hector 'Macho' Camacho off of life support; boxing great dead at 50

Reports came on Thanksgiving Day that the family of Hector "Macho" Camacho was about to pull the plug on his life support, but it didn't happen until Saturday. With that, the former boxing great is dead, at the age of 50 and as a result of what appears to be a drug-related incident.

On Tuesday night, Camacho was shot as he and a friend -- 49-year-old Adrian Mojica Moreno -- sat in a Ford Mustang parked outside a bar. Police spokesman Alex Diaz said officers found ten small bags of cocaine in the car -- nine of then in Moreno's pocket, with the 10th bag open inside the car. Moreno was killed during the attack.

Originally, doctors felt Camacho would survive, but overnight, things changed quickly. His heart stopped briefly that night, a result of the bullet that entered his jaw and lodged in his shoulder, severing three of the four main arteries in his neck. This affected blood flow to his brain, leading the Camacho being declared brain dead by doctors.

They say the deaths of greats come in threes. Camacho's death was reported on the same day that longtime TV great Larry Hagman, 81, was reported dead, the result of complications from Stage 4 throat cancer.

During his 30-year-long boxing career, Hector "Macho" Camacho held numerous world titles, along with a career record of 79-6-3 and 38 KOs. He won the super lightweight, lightweight and junior welterweight world titles (all in the 1980s).

Famed, many remember Camacho for his high-profile bouts against Felix Trinidad, Julio Cesar Chavez, Oscar De La Hoya, Ray "Boom Boom" Mancini, and "Sugar Ray" Leonard. In 1997, Camacho knocked out Leonard, ending the former champion's final attempt at a comeback.

His last pro fight was in 2010. Despite his age, like many boxers, Camacho continued to fight past his prime. Reports were that even as he died, Camacho had been considering another comeback.

While a former boxing great, his personal life had been troubled, with the champion battling addiction to drugs and alcohol throughout his life.

He had other issues, as well: in 2007, He was sentenced in 2007 to seven years in prison for the burglary of a computer store in Mississippi. A judge eventually suspended all but one year of the sentence and gave Camacho probation. However, Camacho eventually served two weeks in jail, after violating the probation.

His ex-wife also filed two domestic abuse complaints against him prior to their divorce several years ago.

'I Dream of Jeannie' and 'Dallas' star Larry Hagman dead at 81

'Dallas' star Larry Hagman has died at the age of 81. Ironically, Hagman died in a Dallas hospital on Friday at 4:20 pm Friday, after due to complications from a recent battle with cancer.

Hagman died at Medical City Dallas Hospital in Dallas, Texas, from complications related to Stage 4 throat cancer.

The family's statement, as released to by Warner Bros., producers of "Dallas," was:
Larry was back in his beloved hometown of Dallas, re-enacting the iconic role he loved the most. Larry's family and closest friends had joined him in Dallas for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Among the friends with Hagman at the time of his death was Linda Gray, who played his "Dallas" wife Sue Ellen Ewing. She said,
He brought joy to everyone he knew. He was creative, generous, funny, loving and talented, and I will miss him enormously. He was an original and lived life to the fullest.
Although it was his role as J.R. Ewing which most remember him for, his first big break came on the 1960's TV series "I Dream of Jeannie." Then, he played Captain -- later Major -- Tony Nelson, who found a genie's bottle with a female genie inside. Eventually, the two fell in love and married. Jeannie was played by iconic actress Barbara Eden.

Hagman had suffered from a number of health problems over his life. In 1992, Hagman was diagnosed cirrhosis of the liver, a result of years of heavy drinking, which he acknowledged after the illness was revealed. In 1995, a malignant liver tumor was discovered and he underwent a transplant.

After his transplant, he became a strong supporter of organ donation. He also was an anti-smoking activist who took part in numerous "Great American Smoke-Out" campaigns.

Funeral plans were not immediately announced.

Gabriel Aubry's facial injuries shown off in new images

It's already known that Halle Berry's ex, Gabriel Aubry, got the worst of his Thanksgiving Day fight with her fiance Olivier Martinez -- both physically and legally. Now, we've seen the evidence, via images posted on Saturday.

[TMZ, linked above, has a full slideshow of Aubry's facial injuries.]

Images of Gabriel Aubry show him to be sporting a huge shiner and well as other facial contusions. In addition, his showdown with Martinez put him in the hospital with a broken rib.

Gabriel Aubry, 37, also got the worst of it legally, too. He was arrested for battery after allegedly attacking Olivier Martinez, 46, at Halle Berry's house. Naturally, there are conflicting accounts of the incident, but allegedly, Aubry pushed and struck Olivier in the shoulder, beginning the fight.

It was probably a bad move on Aubry's part: Martinez' father was a Spanish professional boxer and we'd expect some knowledge transfer to occurred from father to son.

Martinez was reported to have injuries to his neck, but they were not detailed. In addition, he had injuries to his hand, possibly from beating Aubry to a pulp.

After being treated at the hospital, police held Aubry on a charge of misdemeanor battery. He was later released on bail, set at $20,000. Meanwhile, a judge issued an emergency protective order to keep Aubry at least 100 yards away from Berry, Martinez and Nahla, Aubry's daughter with Berry, until a Dec. 3 hearing.

Aubry and Berry, 46, have had a contentious "post-relationship." Berry recently lost a custody bid with Aubry where she sought the court’s permission to move with Nahla, their daughter, to Martinez’ native France. That would, of course, make visitation difficult, and isn't something easy to get a court to approve.

It's said that on the day of the incident, Martinez challenged Aubry, saying to him that "We (Berry and Martinez) have to move on." The implication, of course, is that Berry and Martinez want Aubry out of their lives -- and Nahla's life, too, despite his parental rights.

This case isn't even close to being over.

Rumored Emma Stone sex tape: Do young people never learn?

We're assuming her current beau, Andrew Garfield, has no need to see this tape -- he's experienced it. Still, those who haven't would probably pay -- or at least download -- the rumored Emma Stone sex tape.

Free backup is finally here. Mozy Remote Backup.
Rumors of the tape began flying on Thanksgiving Day, something we're sure both Stone and Garfield did not give thanks for. The sex tape was made before she began dating Garfield, her "Amazing Spider-Man" co-star.

A source dished on the details:
Emma Stone has a sex tape and that's a fact. She made it long before she started dating Andrew Garfield, and before she really became a household name. She was just young and probably thought nothing would ever come of it.

The tape remains in the hands of the person she made it with. But that doesn't mean there's any guarantee that it won't eventually hit the market. The higher Emma's star rises, the more valuable that tape becomes.
In other words, the tape is in the possession of the man -- or woman -- that Stone had sex with. As Stone becomes more famous, the attraction of a big payday might become too much for the owner of the tape to turn down.

It's unclear how old Stone was when the tape was made. What is clear, according to the source, is that Stone isn't behind the release -- or anticipated release -- of the tape.   It's also clear that despite the number of times that sex tapes or pictures or whatever have leaked, people still have not learned: don't do it.

The source added:
Emma's really happy with her career and proud of where she is. There's no way she would organize the release of the tape.
It's true, though, that the release of such a tape has led to fame and riches for some. Case in point: Kim Kardashian, who though she won a lawsuit after her sex tape was released, surely cannot be displeased with how her fame has risen since then.

Nadya Suleman exits rehab just in time to cook Thanksgiving dinner

She's back from her time in rehab, and we'll see how long her lessons learned from the Chapman House Rehabilitation Center stays with her. Nadya Suleman, also known as Octomom, has completed her 30 day rehab stint, and got out just in time for Thanksgiving dinner.
We reported earlier that Suleman checked herself into rehab. That's right, she didn't have to be ordered into rehab, but instead checked herself in to wean herself of her Xanax dependency.

Of course, although Suleman checked herself into rehab, someone took credit for getting her there. Lindsay Lohan's dad Michael took credit for the feat, said he is now running a non-profit organization based out of Florida, one that stages interventions.

According to the report, Octomom immediately went home to help prepare a Thanksgiving meal for her kids. The key word, perhaps, is help, as it's unclear how much of the cooking she dead.

The meal reportedly consisted of all the traditional Turkey Day food. Included was a whole ham, applesauce, stuffing, and more. The only thing missing, apparently, was a turkey. We're not sure why, but perhaps Suleman is a fan of pardoning fowl, as the President does.

While Suleman is now out of rehab, she knows there is still much work to be done. Despite the fact that the "program" is complete, Octomom has voluntarily agreed to attend additional treatment sessions while she lives at home.

Suri in U.K. with Tom as Katie Holmes spends Thanksgiving with her parents

Although it was rumored about a week ago that the once power Hollywood couple, Katie Holmes and Tom Cruise, would reunite on Thanksgiving to show daughter Suri they could be civil with each other, reality turned out to be different than rumor. Instead, Suri is spending time with her father in England.

A source said:
Suri left Tuesday and will return Sunday to return to school on Monday. Tom and Katie agreed to this weeks ago.
Of course, a "source" also told Britain's OK! the opposite in that earlier report. OK! had reported that Suri, Tom, and Katie would spend Thanksgiving in Telluride, Colo. because "Thanksgiving has always been a really big deal for them."

Not so, apparently. Instead, not only is Suri with Tom, who is filming a movie in England, Katie Holmes was seen at New York’s LaGuardia airport early Thursday, heading to Ohio to spend Thanksgiving with her parents.

Interestingly enough, it was said during Katie and Tom's split and divorce negotiations that Katie had planned the separation for some time, and had gotten advice from her father Martin, an Ohio attorney.

Tom has all three of his children with him this Thanksgiving. Along with Suri, his only child with Katie Holmes, Tom is spending the holiday with Conner and Isabella Cruise, his adopted children with Nicole Kidman.
