However, restaurant staff at the Thai Spice restaurant in Adelaide in May, 2009, misheard the woman with Jolly, and believed that his "guide dog" Nudge was in fact a "gay dog."
Jolly will receive a written apology and $1,400 in compensation. Ironically, the restaurant displays a "Guide Dogs Welcome" sign.

First to superpickle the word is Braille not brale. If you are going to slam the blind at least learn how to spell the name of our written language. Secondly I have had several instances when my guide dog was, at first, refused admittance to places of business due to the lack of education by management on the laws surrounding the allowing of service animals. Without my dog I can’t get around.
