I think that was a press assumption because of the second degree misdemeanor charges that are usually associated with distribution or manufacturing. Likely she got oxy and gave or sold it to another person. Oyxcodeine/oxycontin have become as or more highly abused than meth in some parts of the country. In a town of 7500 you should know who your daughter has been hanging out/bedding with - and that includes knowing their family.
