Charges against Art Price Jr., 40, the Bellevue, Ohio man allegedly caught on video having sex with a picnic table behind his home, were dismissed Monday in Bellevue Municipal Court. However, that's because, according to Huron County prosecutor Russell Leffler, the crime didn't deserve a felony count. Lesser charges may still be filed.
Price was accused of wandering out onto his back deck naked, laying a table on its side and having sex with the umbrella hole. Ugh. A neighbor brought the incident to the attention of the police, and produced video for them to prove it.
Even worse, his backyard faces an elementary school, and Price performed his act during the day.
Price has been in trouble before. He's been accused of voyeurism in the past in Bowling Green and Tiffin. He was previously sentenced, besides short jail terms, to counseling.
Guess it didn't take.
